Walkerreed is the brainchild of Andy Walker who has been in print since he was in his 20s and enjoys keeping abreast of new technology — in print, that means there’s a new idea every week or so.
His big idea was that ditigal technology means excellence can be affordable, even on a small scale: you can have as many or as few as you like — fliers, business cards, brochures, posters…anything you can think of — because the price is not dependent on huge print runs to make it economically viable.
Walkerreed’s state of the art technology is speedy and efficient and includes a large-format printer that can cope with a wide range of print media — paper, card, canvas, vinyl, weatherproof paper — and whatever size you want, small, medium large or, frankly, enormous.
His wife and fellow director Hazel Walker manages the finances as well as quality-checking output.
Steve Long is probably the most reliable production manager/despatch supervisor in the world.
